Ghanima is in Liwan, Dubailand. Because of its proximity to Dubai, it is well connected to other regions of the city via Al Ain Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and Emirates Road. Ghanima is well connected to practically all sections of the city, as it is close to three major roadways in Dubai. The Dubai – Al Ain Road is only 4 minutes away, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road is around 7 minutes away, and Emirates Road is about 10 minutes away. Residents who rely on public transit in Ghanima will be relieved to learn that there are several options. Taxis are readily available in the surrounding region too. Liwan Mazaya 99 and Liwan Mazaya 24 are within a few minutes' walk away. It takes no more than 2 minutes to walk to these stations. There are numerous restaurants near Ghanima in the neighboring regions of Academic City and Dubai Silicon Oasis, both of which are located across the Dubai – Al Ain Road. All of the restaurants, as well as many others, are within a 15-minute drive of Ghanima. The presence of these restaurants provides inhabitants with a diverse range of cuisines and dining options. Near Ghanima, residents will find tons of supermarkets. Carrefour Market in Emirates Towers, Choithrams, and Almaya Supermarket are a few examples. All of them are within a 15-minute walk of the building. More supermarkets are nearby, giving residents a variety of options for meeting their daily grocery and shopping needs. Mazaya Residence Park North is a famous park in the region, located only 3 minutes from Ghanima. There is also a cycle track and a basketball court in the park. It's a nice area to spend time with family in the evenings. Zayed University is one of the UAE's few state-sponsored universities. Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club is one of the city's most well-known landmarks. It is a high-end polo club with excellent amenities for both players and spectators. It is around ten minutes away from the building.

Ghanima is a low-rise residential building, developed by Al Mazaya Holding. It is a five-story apartment featuring one- and two-bedroom flats. From the balconies, the apartments offer stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The kitchens are well-equipped. Ghanima is well connected to almost every part of the city because it is close to three major roads in Dubai. It is easily accessible from other parts of the city via Al Ain Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and Emirates Road. The apartment is affordable yet spacious for what it offers. LuLu Hypermarket Silicon Oasis is a good place to visit when I have free time.
