Royal Oceanic is very close to the Palm Jumeirah, only being 7km from each other. From Palm Jumeirah, take King Salman Bin Adbulaziz Al Saud Street (D94) and head southeast for 1.2km. Continue driving straight for 700 meters. Keep left, and follow signs for AI Sufouh 1/Umm Suqeim and merge onto King Salman Bin Adbulaziz Al Saud Street (D94). Make a U-turn then turn right onto AI Mamsha Street. Turn tight onto AI Falsea Street.

My two bedrooms is on one of the top floors at Royal Oceanic, and I have panoramic view of the ocean. I enjoy watching the sunrise in the morning before I go to work. The sunset is equally as stunning. If you love to swim, you’ll be in awe with the views of Dubai. You’ll be able to see the views in your room too as the apartment is surrounded by skyscrapers. The room is spacious but not as modern as I wish. However the views and the surrounding areas make up for that as there are many things to do in front of my doorstep.
