Afforable and Conveient Apartment Along the Marina

Studio One apartments in Dubai is afforable and in the most amazing location for UAE. Along the marina where you can actually take water taxis to move around the region. Going to work is very easy as the metro station is at the entrance for Dubai. Secondly, the community offer wide ranges for new restaurants. The room is spacious, even just a studio room. However the closet area can be a bit small and working place too. But the facilites in the project especially the lounge area is amazing.

For me, this is my first apartment review in Dubai. Studio One provides me with the chance to live next to the Palm Jumeirah. The Dubai Marina area appeals to me because it is somehow very near popular beach. There is also convenient access to various parts of Dubai via the Sheikh Zayed Road. At any point, the services and utilities are available to me. I think that this place is perfect to live alone or with some flatmates, because the living area is quite bigger than the usual apartment layouts.

In my opinion, the Studio One at Dubai Marina has good-quality and well-designed apartments. Dubai Marina is one of the most convenient places in the city, since it is linked with important highways. My room has large floor-to-ceiling windows which beautifully show the natural lighting in the daytime. When open the curtains, I can enjoy the views of the Marina's skyline while sipping my coffee. This neighborhood is so high-class, so it is the very safe environment for families. Thanks.

Studio One at Dubai Marina is perfect for the ultimate urban life. With a variety of room sizes and full amenities. It’s definitely the new tower and the place is near the Marina. Here is a stylish and very secured building by the access cards. The project is pet friendly but it’s very clean. Great location, very close access to the mall and the beach which made it very convenient. However, my room is very close to the highway which sometimes will be noisy but overall that’s nice to stay. Definitely recommend it!

This is the first apartment review for me. At Studio One, it offers me an opportunity to live in a close distance to the Palm Jumeirah. I personally like the Dubai Marina area, because it is very close to the Jumeirah Beach. There are also the easy accessibility to different parts of Dubai via the Sheikh Zayed Road or the route E11. The facilities and amenities is ready for me at anytime. I woud like to recommend this place for those who like the amazing views.
Well-connected location with decent finishing

I just moved into Dubai for just a few months ago. Luckily, I found the apartment in the Studio One Building. With the prime spot of Dubai Marina, i can expect many activities from around here. My favorite thing in this amazing tower is its fully-equipped gymnasium. My first impression on the gym is the designs and high-tech sport equipment. Exercising here is quite similar to using the professional gym. All in all, this is the luxurious place in also the central location of Dubai. I am very appreciated by the kindness of the staffs and security gaurds. This is the safe place for me after all.
