Dubai does not have plenty of family-friendly home but at Arabella I found the perfect family villa to buy in Dubai. The villa price is afforable and near to schools. It offer an healthy and active lifestyle to go outdoors. The villa units are huge with a nice family zone in the second floor. The villa in Dubai, Arabella, is off white color, with modern furniture, and nice private garden area. Just a nice family home to have in amazing Dubai.

This place looks great! The semi-detached townhouse has a great specious layout, bright rooms with large windows, and nice size garden.There are 3 pools, outdoor fitness and several playgrounds. Mudon Arabella provides a good community of people and a tranquil atmosphere. Best place to live if you have kids. I’m impressed that this large community consists of many units of houses but quiet and cosy communities.
