    Mangrove Place is one of the most attractive buildings on the waterfront, with a magnificent beach walk just across the pedestrian bridge, where you may walk, swim, or hire a canoe or scooter. The park is merely a few minutes' walk away, where your children may enjoy outdoor activities. With all of the shops and eateries within a few minutes' walk, you can get everything you need without leaving the island. The building's personnel is eager to serve you and is really pleasant. You may spend your mornings and evenings on the terrace or balcony, taking in the scenery and, on occasion, watching the fire works.

    Mangrove Place is different but unique to most apartments that I’ve seen. The design and architecture stands out from the rest. The location adds to its uniqueness. The room is spacious, and it gets very bright during the day with its large windows. The building is close to a shopping mall, and I find myself spending a lot of time there. There is also a park where people go there to relax on weekends.
